Refund & Digital Product Policy

Digital products

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery or download. If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days at tdussault23@gmail.com so we can restore access or provide a replacement.

Free resources

Free resources have no purchase price. If a download link does not work, email us with the resource name and we will help.

Physical products

When physical products become available, the applicable product listing will state its shipping, return, and replacement terms. Do not mail a return before receiving instructions from us.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer-protection law. We may make an exception when fairness or technical circumstances require it.
